Zona Franca è anche un hub di persone che lavorano sulle infinite potenzialità del cibo come medium di racconto, comunicazione, protesta, sovversione. Il cibo ha un potere unico: consente di evidenziare, far riflettere, coinvolgere, influenzare. Il corpo fisico diviene così corpo politico. Lo scarto è la consapevolezza.

Il cibo è quindi uno straordinario strumento di empowerment. Un defibrillatore organico che attraversa i corpi di chi lo consuma. Un simbolo ed uno status sociale che, come un termometro antropologico, evidenzia le temperature della società, lo status quo.

A partire da tali premesse e dalle competenze e know-how maturati tra i professionisti che fanno parte della rete di Zona Franca, si offrono delle metaconsulenze ad hoc per aziende, istituzioni, enti privati e pubblici che desiderano rafforzare il proprio business ed ampliare il target di utenza/clientela.

Zona Franca is also a creative hub made of people working on the infinite potential of food as a medium of storytelling, communication, protest, subversion. Food has a unique power: it allows us to highlight, to reflect, to involve, to influence. The physical body thus becomes a political body. The difference stays in the awareness level.

Food is therefore an extraordinary tool for empowerment. An organic defibrillator that runs through the bodies of those who consume it. A symbol and a social status that, like an anthropological thermometer, shows the temperatures of society, the status quo.

Starting from these premises and the skills, the specific know-how gained among the professionals who are part of the Zona Franca network, we offer ad-hoc metaconsulences for companies, institutions, private and public entities wishing to strengthen their business and expand the target of users/customers.
